My experience was great! The porter, Kenneth, greeted me with a smile and helped with my bags. Matheus, the manager, helped me get a room when my flights were canceled and systems were down. I received a personal service I won't forget.
The heating was not working. The rooms were cold. The quality felt average for the price.

i found the location ideal with many restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away. the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. they showed a real willingness to help with any request. i particularly appreciated their quick assistance arranging a taxi to the train station.
i noticed some superficial cleaning in my room, specifically some dust. this was minor but worth mentioning

the location is convenient, close to museums and public transport.
i found several issues . the bathroom smelled unpleasant, despite reporting it to the staff. housekeeping did not return to clean the room after stating they would, thus the room was not cleaned that day.

the room was upgrade, and that was very welcome. staff members were nice, always helpful, and they felt friendly. the area felt quiet and its location was a plus. public transport was close by and walking to the centre was easy.
the room was good, but i found some flies in it. this might have been because the windows were open before, but it wasn't so nice.
